Access Data (for Frankfurt schools and cooperation partners only)

Access data is saved each time you login to the fraDesk ticket system (www.fradesk.de). Each set of data consists of

  • date and time of login,
  • load time of the site (to test performance),
  • membership to the group of IT representatives.
  • fraDesk ticket system records general include personal information.
The search words used in the FAQs (www.faq.ftzm.de) are stored anonymously in order to better meet demands in the future.
Personal user profiles are not created, but school data is included in the general statistical analyses that are carried out to ensure quality.

Server Log Files

The website provider automatically collects and saves information in server log files that are automatically transmitted to us. This information includes:

  • referrer URL
  • hostname of the computer
  • time of server enquiry

Contact Form

When you make enquiries using the contact form, the personal data entered there, including your contact data, will be stored for processing your enquiry and answering any ensuing questions. We will not forward this data to a third party without your consent.

If you would like to receive our newsletter, we will need your email address and the information required to verify that you are the owner of that email account and that you consent to receiving the newsletter. No additional data is collected. This data is used exclusively for sending the requested information and will not be forwarded to a third party.

Data Privacy Statement for the Use of YouTube

Our website uses plugins from the YouTube site operated by Google. The operator of these plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.
