Access data is saved each time you login to the fraDesk ticket system ( Each set of data consists of

  • date and time of login,
  • load time of the site (to test performance),
  • membership to the group of IT representatives.
  • fraDesk ticket system records general include personal information.
The search words used in the FAQs ( are stored anonymously in order to better meet demands in the future.
Personal user profiles are not created, but school data is included in the general statistical analyses that are carried out to ensure quality.

Server Log Files
