The aim of this project is to scientifically evaluate digital educational technology based on an analysis of various approaches developed in the fields of education sciences, media education, and educational psychology.
Additionally, data was collected from teachers, in-class visitations, focus groups, and qualitative fraDesk analyses (cf. fraDesk 2.0) and subsequently evaluated. Over a period of 15 years, fraDesk documented purchase requisitions, project enquiries, and error reports from Frankfurt schools that were collected over the course of the fraLine, IBIdiM, and PlusS projects, classroom assistance, seminars for IT representatives, and at the fraMediale. As a result, the project offers an important basis for determining how the requirements of Frankfurt schools will develop in the future.
The project will be carried out in cooperation with the city of Frankfurt from September 2014 to August 2018.
