Access data is saved each time you login to the fraDesk ticket system (www.fradesk.de). Each set of data consists of
- date and time of login,
- load time of the site (to test performance),
- membership to the group of IT representatives.
- fraDesk ticket system records general include personal information.
Personal user profiles are not created, but school data is included in the general statistical analyses that are carried out to ensure quality.
Server Log Files
The website provider automatically collects and saves information in server log files that are automatically transmitted to us. This information includes:

- time of server enquiry
